Energy Institute High School is the newest magnet school in the Houston Independent School District and the first “energy” school in the nation. It’s project-based learning in the pathways of the Geosciences, Alternative Energy and Offshore Technology. It’s still an “early stage” operation, but so far, things are really looking good! Russ interviews Lori Lambropoulos, the principal of Energy Institute High School and Houston’s newest source of energy.
