Leisa: Hello. I'm Leisa Holland-Nelson, and welcome to another edition of Women Mean Business, where we're going to take you up close and personal with extraordinary women doing extraordinary things. My guest today is Barbara Duganier, senior executive and head of North American Finance Business Services for Accenture, quite the mouthful. Welcome, Barbara.

Barbara: Thank you, Leisa.

Leisa: Can you tell us what you do?

Barbara: Sure. I help companies achieve high performance in their finance function.

Leisa: I think there's got to be more to it than that.

Barbara: Sure,

Leisa: Why don't you tell us a few details?

Barbara: Well, if you think about as companies grow, as they obviously report their earnings, as they achieve what they need to in the marketplace, they need a good finance organization to support them so we help them with the people, process, and technology that enables them to do that.

Leisa: It's an outsourced product of Accenture?

Barbara: Outsourcing is one of our functions that we do, one of our services, but we have consulting, technology, and outsourcing as businesses within Accenture.

Leisa: Wow, and you lead this entire section.

Barbara: Yes.
