Leisa: Hello. I'm Leisa Holland-Nelson, and welcome to another edition of Women Mean Business, where we're going to take you up close and person with extraordinary women doing extraordinary things. My guest today is Kathie Edwards, President and CEO Westpark Communications. Kathie, welcome to Women Mean Business.

Kathie: Thank you, Leisa. I'm glad to be here.

Leisa: Well, tell me about Westpark Communications.

Kathie: Well, Westpark is a 24/7 customer service call center that was established 44 years ago, second generation. My mother started the business in 1968. I came in 20 years ago. We started off as an answering service and today it is a customer service call center.

Leisa: For all kinds of businesses?

Kathie: All industries, and we do have niches as in the oil and gas industry, retail electric business, and also your medical and attorney offices.
