Byron Herbert: Hi, my name's Byron Herbert and I'm the director in charge of the Entrepreneur Advisory Service Group, here at PKF Texas. We call it "The Ease Group" and, in The Ease Group, we're all about entrepreneurs and helping them find their route to profit. One of the tools we use for that is our Mind Shop Advantage Roundtable. That roundtable group meets four-times-a-year and we talk about things like leadership and strategy and succession-planning. We try to identify the things that are either keeping you from reaching your full potential or things you need to do to take your business to the next level.

The biggest advantage to you is that you'll be in a room with other CEO's and other business owners that have probably dealt with an issue that you're dealing with right now, so we share best practices. So how do you get started with us? There's a website address at the bottom of this screen that will direct you to a diagnostic tool that we use to help identify issues in your business.
