Kim Bellini - LearningRx
As a classroom teacher, Kim Bellini knew the effects and struggles resulting from learning disabilities. When she discovered the LearningRx franchise, she jumped at the opportunity to start her own training business. LearningRx works one-on-one with children, teens and adults to improve their underlying cognitive skill weaknesses. It’s brain training, she says, and it treats the cause of the learning problem, not just the symptom. After three years of running her own business, Kim believes she truly is making a difference for her clients.
Jennifer Heard - Microsoft
BusinessMakers favorite Jennifer Heard is back with more new Microsoft products. Today’s topic: tools for working moms. Jennifer utilizes Microsoft technology to run her daughter’s classroom volunteers via a website she created that integrates with her own work website.
Scott Gerber - Entrepreneur & Author
Scott Gerber is a serial entrepreneur, the founder of Sizzle It, founder of startup incubator Gerber Enterprises, founder of the Young Entrepreneur Council and now, author of Never Get a Real Job, an entrepreneur’s handbook. Russ interviews a speaker and syndicated columnist who talks up his response to youth unemployment and underemployment.
