Colleen Barrett, former secretary to Herb Kelleher, founder of Southwest Airlines, became president of Southwest Airlines. She never had an intended career path, she says; she just wanted to make a positive difference. Carly Fiorina, a former secretary and also former chairman and CEO of Hewlett Packard, discusses her career. She credits her success to passion, and believes that people are at their best when they do what they love.
