Colleen Barrett, former secretary to Herb Kelleher, founder of Southwest Airlines, became president of Southwest Airlines. Carly Fiorina, a former secretary and also former chairman and CEO of Hewlett Packard, discusses her career. She credits her success to passion, and believes that people are at their best when they do what they love.

Russ visits with Janine Iannarelli, the founder and president of Par Avion Ltd., an aircraft brokerage/marketing firm that specializes in business aircraft.

Richard Yoo - Rackspace Hosting Inc.
