Harry Fleming - Acro Energy Technologies Corp.
Harry Fleming founded his company as a publicly traded shell to grow by acquisition. Acro Energy is building a portfolio of integrators, companies that design and install solar energy systems. Its first acquisition, Acro Electric, is located in the Central Valley of California. His company is a financial play-Fleming believes that, as the solar energy industry matures, the smaller "mom and pop" installers will be squeezed out; Fleming wants to buy and grow these companies. It’s an interesting approach.
