Casey Conner and Christine Lambden, Consulting Stance

Consulting Stance is the “consultant’s consultant.” Conner and Lambden help professionals learn the skills necessary to establish and grow a successful consultancy. Russ interviews two entrepreneurs who believe that, in today’s rapidly evolving marketplace, a consultant who masters critical skills, such as listening and asking the right questions, is better prepared for any situation that may present itself. The two have also written a book, “Everyday Practices of Extraordinary Consultants,” full of “war stories” from their practice.
