Bruce Blausen was studying to be an architect when a friend told him about medical illustration and changed the course of his career. Blausen started Blausen Medical Communications Inc. in 1991, producing medical and scientific animation and illustration. Today, Blausen Medical's library is the largest in the world with more than 7,000 animations and 12,000 illustrations. This is a fascinating interview with a talented illustrator who created and built a global medical services operation.
