Includes: BusinessMakers Quote of the Week - inspiration from Coach Paul "Bear" Bryant; This Week in Business History presents "That's Entertainment" week; Navigating Business Jargon - buzzwords and technospeak that must be practiced and used carefully; and Dumbest Moments in Business History - Nepal Airlines makes a sacrifice to ensure an on-time arrival.

Ron Farmer of US LED

Russ interviews the founder and CEO of US LED. Farmer has developed an illumination system, an alternative to neon, that may well be the custom sign technology of the future. It's safer, brighter, requires less electricity, is longer lasting and all with virtually no breakage or maintenance. Small wonder Farmer's LED lighting products have caught on so quickly among commercial lighting and sign makers. Today the company has distribution in 57 locations across the United States and Canada.

Flashback - Tim Westergren

Flashback with Russ to September 2007 and a visit with the founder & chief strategy officer of Pandora, an Internet-based music distribution company. In one of our most intriguing interviews, Westergren explains his Music Genome Project and how it provides the basis for Pandora's customized music delivery system. He has faced some interesting challenges, trying to launch a cutting-edge delivery process amid turmoil within the music industry while also dealing with the chaos of Internet radio.
