Dan Cathy, president and COO of Chick-fil-A, is not above camping-out in the parking lots of new restaurants - always a well-attended social event. His "Eat Mor Chikin" billboards have won international advertising awards. The company was the first to establish a scholarship program for employees and reached its $20 million scholarship milestone in 2005. Complacency is simply not tolerated in this 61-year-old company, and its marketing efforts are truly inspirational.

Callaway transitioned to Babcock & Brown to continue his organic development effort. B&B expects its wind portfolio to reach more than 700 megawatts by year-end 2007.
