Plus, Russ tries to stump John with vuebilce and we hear about an AOL client's attempt to cancel service-it took him 21 minutes!

Today Russ is onsite at the corporate headquarters of The Container Store in Cobble, TX to interview Garrett Boone, Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of the nation's leading retailer of storage and organizational products. Garret talks about his tangled journey into entrepreneurship that started with his own house painting business in high school. After getting a Masters in history, he departed on a 2.5 year journey that evolved an idea for a handmade furniture store into what we know as The Container Store today, and along the way creating a new retail category called storage and organization.
