Jay Drayer witnessed the second plane crash into the WTC. He volunteers at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. But it was a family illness that gave Drayer the nudge he needed to launch a company with a solid business concept and an altruistic objective to address a powerful need. Drayer created CareFlash, an online virtual support community that allows employers to provide assistance to their employees facing major life challenges. In only three years CareFlash has grown to serve more than 20,000 users. This interview showcases another entrepreneur who is making life better for all of us.
