Russ flashes back to a recent visit with Mike McKim, founder and CEO of Cuvee Coffee, a wholesale, specialty coffee micro-roaster. McKim sources coffee beans through several countries, then buys and roasts the cherries in small batches. He’s working hard to improve the quality of the commercial coffee barista.
