    We’ve always said on The BusinessMakers Show that the adversaries to entrepreneurship were twofold: government regulation and beaucracy on one side, and rule violators (Enron, mark to market accounting, WorldCom …) on the other. Michael Oxley played a key role in expanding the former in order to fix the later. His perspective in this interview is interesting. Although he’s careful about the subject, I think he thinks Sarbanes Oxley went too far on Section 404. And most interesting is his opinion on the take down of Arthur Andersen….
