DH Properties is a business of turning houses. Dane buys old houses, repairs them and sells them for a substantial profit.

Dane began his business in March 2005 when he received a small inheritance from his grandfather. He invested the money in the down payment of an old house. He hired one of his friends for part-time labor and contracted out the rest. He sold the house within three months, and ever since then, he’s had a successful business. Dane is very careful when purchasing houses, inspecting every inch of the house personally, so there are no surprises when he starts to repair them. He is honest about the house when he sells them. His biggest issue is convincing people that, although he is young, he is responsible and capable of helping them buy their ideal property. In the future, Dane may continue the real-estate business to help him through college. His goal is to major in communications in college.
