    Hi,

I was in Houston a few weeks ago and a friend of mine told me about your program and the kind of tips and comments you gave so when I got back to Mexico (I live in Playa del Carmen, Mexico a little town 60 kms away from cancun) I started to research about your radio program and where i can listen since that day i try to hear and apply the thoughts you and your guests recommend in my small biz.

I love the BEST PRACTISES Section is like my little Handbook, I take what I can to improve the way I run my Small Biz and I’m now more concerned about Cash FLow Numbers and my Statements before I used to be aware only to have enough Money to pay the bills so Now I’m focused on having growth and being carefull on numbers to do the Biz as much Profitable as It could be and seeking more investment opportunities. It took me just a glance to realize how wrong I was about how a Biz has to be run.

By the way I love the PODCAST.

Thks, Pedro Roldan. from warming Mexico.

    Hi Greg,

I think the advices can be taken for all kind of Biz -from Small to Fortune Companies- the unique tiny difference is the amount of zeros in the accounts and also how you apply them on your own benefit. Speaking just by myself, I think there are some common mistakes that we do as the Biz kicks off, at the beginnin you’re worried about selling and having enought money for bills but suddenly you realized you’re not going anywhere and you’re running out of nails to bite. Here is where the Biz Makers Advices comes to play, you hear the experience of people who passed the same road and begin pay attention to those possible red Flags you didn’t see before, I speak mostly about Finance Management issues due to the huge difference between Mexican Banks Credit Policies and Americans,in Mexico you almost always work with own Money so you take all the risk. I hope I could answer your Qs otherwise contact me. Saludos from warmer-and-warmer Mexico.
